3. Attendance & Discipline

• Students must maintain at least 75% attendance to be eligible for certification.
• Any misbehavior, damage to academy property, or violation of rules may lead to suspension or dismissal.
• Mobile phones must be kept on silent during class hours.

4. Course Completion & Certification

• Students must complete assignments, tests, and projects as per the syllabus.
• Certification will be provided only upon successful completion of the course and clearance of all dues.
• Duplicate certificates will be issued with an additional charge.

5. Code of Conduct

• Respectful behavior toward teachers, staff, and fellow students is expected at all times.
• The use of unfair means (cheating, plagiarism) during assessments will result in disciplinary action.
• Any form of cybercrime, hacking, or unethical use of computers will lead to strict action.

6. Academy Rights & Policy

• The academy reserves the right to change class schedules, faculty, or syllabus as required.
• The management’s decision regarding admissions, fees, and disciplinary actions shall be final.
• The academy is not responsible for any loss of personal belongings.

7. Special Provisions

• Students must inform the administration in case of medical emergencies or long absences.
• Any technical issues with lab computers must be reported immediately.
